To help you receive the most from your session, here are a few ways you can prepare your physical and energetic space ahead of time:

Preparing Your Space

• Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down or sit undisturbed for about an hour.

• You may wish to dim the lights, light a candle, burn incense, or diffuse essential oils to create a calm atmosphere.

• Have a blanket, pillow, or eye mask nearby—whatever helps you feel most supported and relaxed.

• You may wish to play your own calming music, I can play music for you during the session, or you can rest in silence.

• Turn off notifications or place your phone on Do Not Disturb mode to allow for full presence.

Preparing Yourself

• A few minutes before we begin, take time to ground and center. You might place your hands on your heart or belly, take a few deep breaths, or set your intention for this session.

• Drink some water before and after the session to support energetic flow.

• Dress comfortably, and allow yourself to receive without needing to “do” anything.

What to Expect

During the session, I’ll be tuning in to your energy field and working with Reiki and spiritual guidance remotely. You may feel sensations, emotions, temperature shifts, or deep stillness, or you might fall asleep. All experiences are welcome.

After the session, we will discuss insights or messages that came through for either of us.
